i recently bought a KRAKEN X Essential
and i try to install software on win 10

but need activation code! and there is no any activation code in my package!
and i try to register my headphone, but system say:

Unrecognized Serial Number

my serial number is:
AC20-37D11502-582

and Product number:
RZ04-02950100-R3C1

please help me to use and active my 7.1 surround sound
