Register Razer Kiyo Product Number to download Synapse

Hello I need to have the computer identify my Razer Kiyo before linking to Synapse. The app seems to have lost my information and I need to put in the product number. I have the serial number from the label. Each time I type in RZ19-0232 it kicks it back saying that is an incorrect product number. Can you help? Shirley
