Subject: Issue with Serial Number Activation – Possible Error or Counterfeit Check

 

Dear Razer Support Team,

 

I recently purchased a pair of Razer headphones from AliExpress on 19.02.2025, but I am unable to activate the serial number. When I attempt to register it, I receive the following error message: "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support."

 

I would like to confirm whether this is a technical issue or if my product might not be genuine. Here are the details of my purchase:

 

Product: Razer Blackshark v2 X

Serial Number: HN2121D13400545

Purchase Platform: AliExpress (Certified brands and verified authentic products)

Order Number (ID) : 3050180302397075

 

Could you please assist me with this issue?

I have confirmed that the Razer BlackShark V2 X with serial number HN2121D13400545 was registered to a different account, and the 7.1 Surround Sound has been claimed. Also, third-party resellers like AliExpress are not listed as Razer's authorized stores. Please note that purchasing products from non-authorized dealers can often result in the use of counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods.
