I recently purchased a pair of Razer headphones from AliExpress on 19.02.2025, but I am unable to activate the serial number. When I attempt to register it, I receive the following error message: "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support."
I would like to confirm whether this is a technical issue or if my product might not be genuine. Here are the details of my purchase:
