Hello, I recently bought a Razer Blacksharck v2 x headset and when I try to register it in my account it appears as if it was already registered even though I just opened the box, can someone help me?

I have confirmed that the Razer BlackShark V2 X with serial number HN2121D13402114 was registered to a different account, and the 7.1 Surround Sound has been claimed. Where did you purchase it? Let me know via PM so I can validate it and check for options.
