Just bought the Razer BlackWidow keyboard and when I try to register it, It gives me "Item serial number unknown" when everything is typed right. I would appreciate any help.

    PM me the serial number of your device so I can check on it from my end. A photo of your device's serial number would also be great. You can upload it on GDrive and send me the sharable link. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
