Registering a product - invalid product number?!

Hey, wondering if anyone can help. I bought the Razer Atheris mouse from the Razer webstore in December. I recently tried to register it along with my other Razer products, laptop, controller etc. and it keeps coming up with an invalid product number for the mouse... I don't have the box, i'm reading the product number off the bottom of the mouse. Serial number is fine. Any ideas?

Anyone have any info on this? I can't understand why the product number would be 'invalid'. It's one of those things that drives you nuts.
