I’ve got a blackshark v2 x usb and I want to register it so I’m able to get a 7.1 surround sound activation code but I looked and I couldn’t find my proof of purchase but I do know the approximate date I purchased it. Is there any way to activate it?

If you require more help, feel free to send me a PM with your headset's serial number and the email address linked to your Razer ID. I'll check your account and verify if there is a code assigned to it. Have a good one!
