I can’t register my Razer basilisk ultimate it just says the serial number doesn’t match the product number. The charging dock also didn’t register for the same reason but my cynosa chroma did.

    Update, I figured it out. If you purchase with the charging dock use this as the product number RZ01-03170100-R3U1
