About three weeks ago, I placed an online order for a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset.
I made the purchase at the beginning of this month, but I received the product only last Sunday. Due to work reasons, I was able to test it just a few hours ago.
When I tried to register the serial number, the system said that the product was already registered by another user. Also, the activation code was not included in the package, so I tried to register the product online, but the same problem appeared.
I contacted the distributor, and they told me that I need to contact Razer Technical Support, because this is a code that must be provided by Razer.
This situation is frustrating because I cannot activate important features like Surround Sound, which was one of the main reasons for my purchase.
I would like to know what solution you can offer, since the product is new and was purchased legally.
