Hello,

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset from a third-party seller on  AliExpress However, when I tried to register the product, it indicates that the serial number is already registered.

I would like to request assistance in unregistering this product so that I can activate the 7.1 Surround Sound and use all its features. Please help me with this issue.

It is likely that you have purchased a counterfeit headset. I can double-check both your devices just to be sure. Please shoot me a PM along with the serial number of your devices so I can validate them and check the registration.
