Hi Razer Support,
I’m trying to download the system recovery image through the Self-Service Recovery page, but I’m stuck in a registration loop.
On the page “Your Registered Systems,” my laptop appears as registered and I can select it. However, after selecting it, the site still displays: “Please register your device to continue with your recovery image request.” It won’t proceed.
Device details shown on the page:
- Product: Razer Blade 18
- Product Code: RZ09-05297ER3-R3U1
- Serial Number: BYXXXXXXXXXXXXX
What I’ve tried:
- Logging out/in and retrying
- Trying a different browser / private browsing
- Clearing cache/cookies
Same result each time.
Could you please verify that my device is properly registered on the backend for recovery-image access and either enable the self-service recovery download for my serial number or provide an alternative way to obtain the recovery image?
I can attach a screenshot of the error if needed.
