reinstall windows on Blade 15 Advanced Model laptop

Hi My windows has been corrupted and I need to reinstall windows. I am new to windows, I've recently come from a mac laptop. What do I need? is there some kind of recovery reinstall partition I can access to start the process? Thanks

    Does the laptop still boot to the desktop? If so, you can try to reset it to factory settings by following this guide. Otherwise, we may have to submit a recovery image request. Do let me know how that goes. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
