Reinstalled Synapse 3, synced profiles are gone

After updating synapse I had some issues with my ligthing ingame, tried to repair but nothing changed. So I went straight to disinstall the program and install it back, now ALL my profiles aren't in my account anymore. Is there a way to get them back?

    The cloud-saved profiles of your Razer ID may have been corrupted. I highly recommend that you use a new account for now. PM me should you want to try to get all of those back.

    They just appeared again, but what you mean about corrupted?

    Profiles can get corrupted due to incomplete syncs. That said, I don't think you need to worry about it since they reappeared.
