My Razer Gold reload with a credit / debit card failed and there is a deduction on my credit card wallet ??

is this normal or I should do something , please help and thanks .

Hi ammoWaterspoutcool774 and hasanahmed00! Was everything covered I know that this is confusing and makes you wonder what happened to your fund? However, that is called an authorization charge where the bank holds the fund before transferring it to the merchant once it is validated. Please contact your bank’s customer service and check if any funds are held so they can speed up returning the amount into your account. I'll be locking this thread now.
