RELOAD GOLD STILL PENDING BUT IMMEADIATE DEDUCT MY MONEY

On march 6 I reload via paymaya, the transaction is still pending even my money is deducted immediately after I initiate the relaod of gold.
I already contact razer support yesterday still no action.

Do anyone experience this? how did you solve the problem?
