Reloaded thx and no activation code.

My headphones work. I can no longer find the sound adjustments or test and the 7.1 is not working. My account is old and I no longer have the receipt for the headphones. I do have the box and carry pouch. These headphones have already been registered on this PC. I reinstalled the program for the  7.1 surround sound and was prompted for an activation code. there is also another Razer program with a 7 step sales pitch asking for a purchase at the end. I only have the headphones so there is no reason to buy the other program. the installer is finished and up and I would like my headphones to work the way they are designed too.

The activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound app is linked to the Razer ID used during the initial setup. Please send me your headset's serial number via PM, along with a screenshot of the installed app, so I can help you identify the correct account associated with it.
