Remap left stick down?

Is it possible to assign [press left stick down] to a paddle or to any of the additional buttons? I´m playing GTA special vehicle races (rocket, blazer) and would like to assign boost or toggle wheels to a more convenient button. (PC, Win 10, wireless)
