remmaping sensitivity clutch not working with wireless connection on ps4

hi

i have  a razer basilsik v3 pro.

i have remaaped the sensitivity clutch button to C.

while wire connected  to the ps4 it works buy when i disconnect the cable and connect the dongle it doesnt work

any idea why?
