Repair a Razer Blade Pro 17 (2019)

I have a 2019 Razer Blade Pro 17 that has some serious problems, and I want to see if it is possible to send it somewhere to get it repaired and restored to like-new condition. Among those issues, I think I damaged something when I cleaned the dust out, so now I am having constant secure boot violation errors (I have tried everything from cmd and bootx64 to the recovery image); I also have a swollen battery, and some of the keyboard keys do not light up. Once I manage to bypass the violation error and the failed startups, the laptop works perfectly.
