So I bought my Razor kraken headphones from target several months ago and can not find the receipt. Where can I go to send them in or what department am I supposed to go thru for this cause I have no sound out of one headphone because of my 1 year old had to much fun with them without me noticing.

I hope that you and your little bundle of joy are doing fine. Regrettably, this incident is not covered by Razer's limited warranty. Also, Razer only repairs laptops and phones.
