Repeated defects w/control and now Edge device also | Razer Insider

I've had so many issues with this device from day 1 and its costed me over 200 or so in having it the last 15 or more months. Month 6-7 the controller suddenly began to drift so bad that playing it at all was useless. I spent hours over a week spread out with Verizon Wireless who sold it to me as well as their contracted service they employ caled Asurion trying to get the controller that was a V2 pro which it came with. I was passed around like a bottle of cheap booze at one of my awkward frat parties from my past and in the end it cost me to replace it though it was covered by insurance I pay for 50 per month to cover all 11 of my devices for my 5 kids mostly. I was told the tablet was only covered. Eventually after literal 6 plus total hours talking and chatting with all of Verizon except the ceo they sent me a replacement. But it was the prior version. Not the V2 pro version it came boxed with. From here I thought it were now behind me. Just yesterday my edge 5g stopped charging or if at all only holds a steady level but will not go up. It's also frequently dropping off and restarting and now I'm experiencing complete lack of 5G coverage although my son who owns the same exact device as is my own sitting next to me inches apart does not have this issue. I haven't seen my device hold steady 5G coverage more than an hour since I've owned it. But my son's hasn't had issued beyond stick wear. I play it a few hours a week. Maybe more if im off work for such. It has never been dropped. It never leaves my locked desk at home aside from there to my padded work back I carry my pc and tech stuff in. It's never been wet. It's never had liquid incidents. It's at glance for all eyes to appear mint nearly aside from the x button paint now wearing from pushing it over time. I am frustrated to the point of swearing off handheld gaming due to this device having this many problems and nor Verizon nor Razer seems to care to help the matter. Nevertheless I'm out 50 dollars a month to cover all my devices. But I'm told now that only my tablet is covered. Nothing else it came boxed with originally. With Razer as company I've spent hours trying to find a way to contact the people I gave over 500 dollars to for their device and there is nothing but evasive misleading nonsense and no customer service support that is comparable to even the basic other tech companies of similar products which do have a way to simply message or chat with or email concerns over this sort of stuff. I'm disappointed and don't know what to do. Is it my device only? Am I and have I been scammed? I just want what I paid for. Firstly one that works for at least a good year before it magically takes a dive off into the deep end. Can Razer help me replace this? I don't think I have my warranty anymore but I never had any thought to consider it as I believed Verizon had my back and it was covered. What do I do? Because if I don't hear something logical in a month or so I'm done with this company and Verizon as well. 10 plus years of customer loyalty and a company with huge price tags but no customer service support. Seems out of line. And I'm upset with it all. It's wrong.
