Hey, Razer management. Can you tell me why I sent in an R17 for warranty repair, because the video card had issues and failed, and you sent me back an R16? Your Razer Care customer service dept, said they can do that, but an R16 is not an R17, which is what I paid for. This feels like customer service/warrant repair is trying to scam me with a lesser model, and all i get from customer service is "The terms and agreement state we can send you a similar device in return. An R16 to replace an R17 is not similar or an acceptable swap.
