I lost my DA v2 Hyperspeed dongle, so I bought a new one. for the same mouse model.
When connecting the dongle I do see the right name in the Windows Devices, but I am unable to Pair it via the mouse pair utility tool, it always fails (no specific error just the standard “unable to connect error”, at the final step.
Maybe the Dongle needs to be programmed to work for exactly my Mouse S/N?
The S/N of the mouse is PM2416H22500119
