It seems that the battery life on my Basilisk Ultimate mouse is declining. I’ve tried some of the remedies listed on this site to no avail.
Is it possible to order a new battery from Razer? I’ve seen some YouTube videos about a new battery, but I cannot find anything on the Razer store.

I'm here to assist. I understand that your Razer Basilisk Ultimate battery is draining quickly. I suggest attempting to calibrate the battery.
