Hi Razer Support,

I have a Razer Blade 15 Base (2020), model RZ09-0328.

I need a replacement battery (part number RC30-0328).

Could you please check whether a new replacement battery is still available for this model in the UK, and let me know the price and how I can purchase it?

I am happy to install the battery myself.

I can provide my serial number privately if required.
