Replacement Dongle Blackshark Hyperspeed V2

Hello,I bought the Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed headset from Expert Bening 14 months ago and have always been very happy with it. I've always used the wireless function. However, for the past few months, the dongle has been malfunctioning and now doesn't work at all. I've tested it on other PCs and I'm sure the problem is with the dongle. My question is: Would it be possible to get a replacement dongle? I would be willing to pay for it. Unfortunately, I can't return the headset to Expert Bening, as I would then be without a headset for about a week. I need it daily and am therefore temporarily using it with a cable. Of course, I would like to be able to use the Hyperspeed wirelessly. I hope you can help me. :) Thank you very much! I have the receipt.Greetings!

    Hi,

    I'm having the exact same issue with my BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed. I've had the headset for a little over a year and always used it wirelessly, but the dongle recently stopped working completely — Windows shows a "Device Descriptor Request Failed" error followed by Code 43. The headset itself is totally fine and works perfectly both wired and over Bluetooth, so it's clearly just the dongle that died.

    I've tested it on multiple different PCs it's definitely the dongle itself that's failed.

    Like the original poster, I'd also really appreciate the option to just buy a replacement dongle on its own.
