Hello my name is Asher, I had purchased my razor barracudas like 2 years ago and I've been loving the quality, but I had recently lost the dongle for them and that was my favorite feature being able to walk around without wires. I would really appreciate it if I could get a replacement dongle

I understand you that are looking for a replacement dongle for your Razer Barracuda X. According to our warranty policy, claims arising from any unacceptable use or care of the Product, including (without limitation) misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modification or repair, unauthorized commercial use or any operation of the Product outside Razer's recommended parameters are not covered under warranty. Because of this, a lost dongle would not be eligible for a warranty replacement.
