replacement dongle for basilisk ultimate mouse

Hi there,

The dongle for my basilisk ultimate mouse (model no. RC30-031701) keeps reconnecting and disconnecting even after I’ve done all the recommended steps to try and sort it. Is there any way to get a replacement dongle? (I live in the UK)
