Replacement Dongle for Blackshark V2 Pro 2023

Hello, 

I lost my dongle for my blackshark v2 pros (2023 pc edition, it also has a red box that says Tom’s Hardware Editor’s Choice on the box) and cannot for the life of me find a new one. I tried one off amazon but couldn’t get it to pair, and have exhausted every idea I can think of. Bluetooth for them is terrible and the audio quality drops severely when I use the built in mic. I paid 200 bucks for them brand new back in early October and would just like to use them again. If anyone could help me get a new dongle and get it paired, I would be eternally grateful.

I’d contact Razer Support directly for a paid dongle replacement, since it’s not available via their website as a spare part.

would they require a receipt? like I said the dang thing was bought back in October and the receipt is loooong gone sadly.

I also cant seem to find where to ask for a new dongle on their support page. if anyone could help guide me id greatly appreciate it.

would they require a receipt? like I said the dang thing was bought back in October and the receipt is loooong gone sadly. 

For paid dongle? No. Just tell them you’ve lost it and want to buy a replacement one.

is there a way to use Blackshark V2 Pro Playstation edition to pc with usb dongle? cause I saw comments saying that if I buy this, I won't be able to use Synapse 3.0 or the Synapse app.

Nope.

Dongle must match exact headset model.

Hi,

I’ve been using my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro Wireless headset for a while without any issues.
Yesterday it worked perfectly with my PC, but today the dongle stopped being recognized — the headset’s blue LED keeps blinking, and my PC doesn’t detect any Razer audio device.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

  • Plugged the dongle into multiple USB ports (including known working ones).

  • Tried it on another laptop — Windows plays the “device connected” sound, but it doesn’t appear in Device Manager as a Razer device.

  • Tried running the Firmware Updater and Pairing Utility, but both say “No device detected”.

  • Reinstalled Synapse and restarted the system several times.

  • Tried manually uninstalling and reconnecting USB devices in Device Manager.

Despite all this, the dongle still doesn’t show up as “Razer Audio Receiver” or similar.
It seems the dongle is receiving power (since Windows reacts when it’s plugged in), but it’s not identifying properly.

Please help me. This is the first time that i have a problem with a razer product(i have a lot of razer products)
