Hello Razer Support, I accidentally bent the dongle of my Razer Kraken V3 Pro headset and after trying to reconnect it, it is no longer recognized. I would like to know if there is an official way to get a replacement.
The Kraken V3 Pro dongle spare is not for sale in our Replacement Parts site. I suggest submitting a case to our Support Team and what options you have by clicking this link: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support. Ensure to select PC products > Peripherals > Headsets > enter the device serial number, so you can get the Contact Support options for chat/email.
