Replacement dongle for Viper Ultimate

Hello,

 

I’ve had my Razer Viper Ultimate for a couple years now and recently, the dongle is not connecting when it is plugged into any PC or laptop. I tried the re-pair but at step 2 when you plug the usb wireless dongle into the PC it will constantly connect and disconnect. I was wondering if it was possible to get a replacement or if there was a fix for this?
