Replacement Dongle Request for Razer Viper V3 Pro

Dear Razer Support Team,

I am writing to seek your assistance regarding my Razer Viper V3 Pro. Unfortunately, I have lost the original wireless dongle of my mouse.

I am aware that due to the firmware architecture and hardware lock on the Viper V3 Pro, I cannot simply purchase a generic third-party 8K HyperPolling dongle, as it will not pair with my specific mouse. I absolutely love using my Viper V3 Pro for competitive gaming, and I am currently forced to use it wired.

Could you please help me obtain a replacement dongle that can be paired with my mouse's specific serial number?

Hey ika888,

Please be informed that the Razer Viper V3 Pro only pairs with the HyperPolling dongle that comes with it. Unfortunately, your device model will not pair with replacement dongles sold in the market or with the generic Hyperpolling dongle that we are selling. Thanks for understanding.
