Hello, my black shark v3 pro wireless dongle for the xbox has stopped working. i have tried plugging it into multiple different devices and nothing has worked. the light simply will not turn on. how can i order a replacement one? or is there some sort of warranty for the dongle? please get back to me with the information because i cannot find the dongle anywhere.
