Hello, my black shark v3 pro wireless dongle for the xbox has stopped working. i have tried plugging it into multiple different devices and nothing has worked. the light simply will not turn on. how can i order a replacement one? or is there some sort of warranty for the dongle? please get back to me with the information because i cannot find the dongle anywhere.

+1This is a fairly new headset. Why you don’t use your warranty if the dongle just died?
I tried that and they kept sending me the dongle used for xbox / usb with a switch. PC wont let it pair with the utility, have been dealing with this for months with no fix.
