Replacement mic for Barracuda X (2021)

Hello Razer Support,

The detachable microphone on my Razer Barracuda X (2021) has stopped working.

I’m very happy with the headset and its otherwise in great condition. I’d very much like to simply replace the  mic if possible.

Country/Region: New Zealand

Could you please let me know how I can get a genuine replacement microphone for this model?
