Hello my name is Steeve i purchased a headset blackshark V2 pro 2years ago maybe a little more im not sure i dont find the receipt. Unfortunately a few months ago the mic stopped working and it make me really sad. As i was unable to find the receipt and i didn’t know there was replacement mic for this product i had to buy another Headset !!! But recently a few days ago my Girlfriend told that maybe the company, the manufacturer might have a replacement mic so i looked up and i think its possible to replace it if i have to pay something i will i really like this headset.
