I lost my detachable mic for my razer blackshark v3 for PlayStation. My little brother asked if he could play and I said sure, he ended up messing with my headset and detached the mic, he thought he broke it because he didn’t know it could detach. He ended up throwing it away because he didn’t want to get in trouble. After he was done playing I wanted to hop on the game with him and I asked him what happens to the mic and he explained and I went looking in the trash but forgot I took it to the curb and the garbage truck took it.😔 please if I could get a replacement I would be more than happy and grateful.🙏🙏

I understand that you are looking for a replacement microphone for your Razer BlackShark V3 for Playstation. According to our warranty policy, claims arising from any unacceptable use or care of the Product, including (without limitation) misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modification or repair, unauthorized commercial use or any operation of the Product outside Razer's recommended parameters are not covered under warranty. Because of this, a lost mic would not be eligible for a warranty replacement.

 

That said, I’d still be happy to help explore available options for purchasing a replacement mic. I can check our replacement parts website to see if we have a stock for a replacement mic for your device. Please send me a private message along with your device's serial number and country of residence so that I can check our system for replacement stock availability in your area.
