Thanks for the quick response. How do I submit a ticket. I seem to be going in circles when I click the link above (submitting a ticket). Is there a 1-800 number to call. I would like to know how much to replace the cracked screen of (*Omitted). Thanks for your help.

Have you tried clicking the drop-down and selected Razer Laptop and Razer Cores from the list then submitting your device's serial number? Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
