Replacement or repair for 12 button side panel: Naga v2 pro

My 2, 5, and 8 buttons are failing. Presses result either in no input at all, or a rapid repeated detection. 

I can’t find anything anywhere about replacement parts, I've lost my receipt, and I'd like to know how to go about getting a new 12 panel, or have this one repaired. 

There’s no break down guides anywhere i can find for this part. I’ve only had this mouse for approximately a year, these buttons shouldn’t be failing this fast on a $200+ mouse.
