Hello,
Recently, one of the legs for my Razer Enki X chair snapped, and broke off. According to my serial number, this chair is out of warranty. This has forced me to make a community threat instead of being able to go through normal channels to resolve this issue (as per Razer’s own recommendation). I am interested in being sent a new chair base, along with instructions on how to replace it. Any help would be appreciated.
