Replacement parts for an Razer Iskur XL - Mounting Plate / Base metal sheared off

Hello, I have an Iskur XL Fabric I purchased in December of 2021. It’s been a great chair, except in April 2023 the baseplate tore / the metal sheared, after which I received a warranty replacement, which I was happy with,

 

However, it’s August 2025 and it’s happened again. however my chair is out of warranty. I’m willing to purchase a new baseplate (and base for the wheels / casters, as I can’t seem to separate them anymore), however I don’t have a place to purchase replacement parts. 

 

What would be a path to purchasing replacement parts for this chair? I’ve been generally very happy with it and would prefer to stick with it, even at the expense of replacement parts.

I understand that you want to purchase a replacement part for your Razer Iskur.  You can submit a ticket through this link.

Once there, navigate to "Lifestyle products" > "chairs" > enter your serial number, and then submit your request. Our Support Team will then be able to assist you with your gaming chair spare part request.
