Replacement Parts for Razr Iskur Chair

Hi Razr Support!

I’m reaching out because my Razr Iskur chair has developed an issue, and I wanted to check if it’s possible to purchase replacement parts.

Based on the assembly diagram, it looks like the seat base has suffered from broken welds. From what I can tell, the components involved are labeled H and J in the assembly diagram. I’ve had the chair for a few years, and while I know it’s out of warranty, everything else on it is still in great shape! It’s been an excellent chair overall, and I’d really like to keep using it if possible.
