I would like to request a replacement for the wireless USB-C dongle of my Razer Barracuda X (2022) headset.
During the official firmware update process using the Razer Firmware Updater, the update stopped unexpectedly, and the wireless dongle became completely unresponsive. Since then, it is no longer detected by my computer and cannot be recovered or used with the headset. I have already tried reconnecting the dongle, using different USB ports and computers, and repeating the recovery process, but the issue persists.
As the failure occurred during the official firmware update, I would appreciate your assistance in arranging a replacement wireless dongle or advising on the next steps.
