Replacement Request – Razer Barracuda X USB Dongle (RC30-0378) Not Recognized

Hello Razer Support Team,

I am writing to request a replacement for the USB wireless transceiver (Model No.: RC30-0378) that came with my Razer Barracuda X (2022) headset.

The dongle has completely stopped working. When plugged into any USB port on my PC, it is not recognized by Windows at all — no sound is heard when connecting/disconnecting it, it does not appear in Device Manager, and the headset cannot be used wirelessly. I have tested it on multiple USB ports and the issue persists. The headset itself works fine via Bluetooth, confirming the issue is isolated to the dongle.

Purchase details:
- Product: Razer Barracuda X 2022 (with USB Dongle RC30-0378)

- Purchase Date: 12/12/2023
- Retailer: Skroutz (Greece)

Although the 2-year warranty period has recently expired, I would like to kindly request a replacement dongle as a goodwill gesture, as the product failed without any misuse on my part.

Let me check on it. Can you send me a PM with the serial number of your headset together with your current location/country so I can verify it in our system and check our inventory? Please also test the headset and dongle on another computer to see if it behaves the same way.
