Hello,
I have a first-generation Razer Barracuda X, model RZ04-03800, with the original RC30-0380 USB-C wireless dongle.
The dongle suddenly stopped working. It is no longer detected by either my laptop or desktop PC, and the Razer Headset Pairing Utility does not detect it either. I have also noticed that the dongle seems to get warm when connected.
I would like to know if Razer can provide or sell me an original replacement RC30-0380 dongle compatible with my headset.
I am located in Chile.
