Replacement USB Dongle for Razer Kraken V3 Pro

I am a long time user of the Razer Kraken v3 Pro headset. Unfortunately my dongle has stopped working and is completely dead. I wanted to buy official replacement dongle, but it’s unavailable. Could you please get me an official replacement wireless transceiver?

Hi selfishlol,

Have you tried using the Razer Headset Pairing Utility to pair the headset with its dongle? To isolate the problem, please also try plugging your headset into a different computer that doesn’t have Razer Synapse installed.
Make sure that you are plugging your device directly into a USB port on your PC and not into a USB hub. If the same problem persists, please send me the device serial number and your region via PM so I can check the availability of the dongle. All the best!
