I hope you are doing well.

I own a Razer BlackShark V3 Pro headset, and I have lost the original USB HyperSpeed dongle. I would like to request information on how I can purchase a replacement dongle compatible with my device.

Part Number: RZ04-0540
Serial Number: (REMOVED SERIAL NUMBER)

I am currently located in Brazil.
