I own a Razer Viper Ultimate and I lost the original USB HyperSpeed dongle, so I can only use the mouse in wired mode. I live in Portugal (EU) and I would like to use it wirelessly again. Could you please help me with the following?
1. Is the official replacement dongle for the Viper Ultimate (RC30-03050300-R3M1) available for purchase and shipping to Portugal? If it is out of stock, do you know when it will be available again?
2. Will this replacement dongle pair with my mouse? I read that the Viper Ultimate is pre-paired with its original dongle, but the product page says to download the pairing software for the dongle. Can you confirm that the pairing utility works with a new replacement dongle?
3. If the dongle is not available or will not work with my mouse, what other options do I have (another compatible dongle, a repair or replacement service, or a discount towards a new wireless mouse)?
4. Are third-party "for Viper Ultimate" receivers sold on Amazon supported or known to work, or should I avoid them?
The mouse works perfectly with the cable. I can send my serial number and proof of purchase by private message if needed.
