Replacement Viper V3 Pro Hyperpolling Wireless Dongle Not Pairing

I lost my the dongle that my white viper v3 pro came with, so I went to the razer store in person and bought a hyperpolling wireless dongle

On the website, it says the dongle is compatible with the viper v3 pro, 

I tried all of the steps in the link on how to pair it,
then i updated my mouse and dongle firmware,
then i redownloaded my mouse drivers,
i also tried using the pairing utility but it only detects the mouse and not the dongle

I dont know what to do

If you have the Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle, then the compatible Viper V3 Pro variant is the SE version. Please send me a message via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can double-check. Looking forward to your response!
