Hello,

I hope you are doing well.

I am contacting you regarding my Razer headset (BlackShark V2 X). I recently obtained it second-hand, and unfortunately, I did not receive the original packaging or the activation card.

Because of that, I do not have access to the serial number or the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code.

I would like to kindly ask if it is possible to help me obtain a license or activation code so I can use the 7.1 Surround Sound feature.

Please let me know if you need any additional information from my side.

Second hand… that’s the key here.

Once 7.1 surround code was redeemed, you cannot use it on another account.

Since your headset was purchased second-hand and no longer has the original packaging, serial number, or activation card, we’re not able to generate or provide a new 7.1 Surround Sound license for it. Kindly note that The 7.1 Surround Sound activation code can only be redeemed once on a single account.
